June 8th Mail-In Signing Option

This price includes Radtke authentication for 1 item and a $10 handling fee.  This DOES NOT include the cost of the autograph.  You must purchase a signature ticket separately in order to have your item signed.  If you are mailing in multiple items, you will need to indicate the number of items when you add this option.

Please package your items carefully and ship to:  Universities Forever @ 527 Lakeland Plaza, Cumming, GA 30040.  Items must be received no later than June 6th in order to guarantee signature.  All mail in items with paid shipping will be authenticated by Radtke and will be shipped back to the return address indicated on the Autograph Details form the week following the event.  Please allow 5-7 days for your item to arrive.

You may include prepaid return shipping method when you send your item in or purchase our flat rate shipping for $10.  If you need shipping insurance for the item, please contact us to arrange for the amount and payment. Be sure to include a printed copy of your completed Autograph Details form for each item along with the item (s) to be autographed, clearly labeled as to the location of signature and inscription (if applicable).  We highly recommend using painter's tape placed where you want the signature/inscription on the item.   Be sure to include a phone number where we can reach you in case we have questions or need additional verification about your item.  We strive to meet your expectations, but we need to have complete information in order to do so.
